Does my child have speak Latvian to go to Camp Saulaine?

No! Camp Saulaine was established in 1952 as a Christian children's camp. Camp Saulaine has been the country property of St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church in Toronto. In the early years, it mainly served as a camp for Latvian children and a social gathering for members in the Congregation. Over time, Saulaine has welcomed friends of other nationalities, faiths and cultures. Each year, the new friends we make embrace our Latvian traditions and culture with the same open heart. Camp Saulaine welcomes everyone!
