Latvians assembling at Saulaine cherish the property itself and the community that is part of cultivating the Latvian Culture in a Lutheran tradition. A War Memorial was erected in the memory of those lost in the war and during the Soviet occupation.

The Saulaine logo is based on the Latvian sun symbol, symbolizing eternal movement and life.
